I live here

in this tiny little world

where things just come out
 3
one word at a time
 4
and I can’t stop myself from thinking

that’s there’s got to be more,

than this tiny little room
 7
and this tiny little door.

I write in accordance to music,

my words follow the beat
 10
the same that moves the ground beneath

the same that moves my feet.

And I can rhyme for no reason,

I can allude and I can try

to make this little world bigger,

to stretch and change its size.

But really what I’m looking for,

what I had come here to do,

is to force open this little door

to make a little more room for you.
