That’s how you take me, | 2 |
make me | 3 |
and break me. | 4 |
Bruises on my heart embroidered with a patch of regret | 5 |
It was senseless, | 6 |
useless, | 7 |
call it what you want, | 8 |
it’s all the same | 9 |
Next time give me the rules to your head game | 10 |

Flawless apologies written from you to me | 11 |
Hoping you don’t think they can replace this scar | 12 |
Its not you-its not me | 13 |
it’s us, its us, it us, | 14 |
go sell your lies somewhere else | 15 |
cause they’re worth nothing here. | 16 |

I’m what you wanted me to be | 17 |
What did you really want from me? | 18 |
I’m still not certain on your intent | 19 |
Yet I fell and I’m still sitting here bent | 20 |
